This is my [Nezha] (prime) build that I like to use. It's really fun, tanky, and stays true to [Nezha]'s base abilities. No Helminth needed!

I see a lot of people using all 3 umbral mods. This is complete overkill. Mainly because his 3rd ability scales best off of power strength AND the damage from the enemies that also scale. Basically, no need for the extra armor when you're already going to be a tank at every level you're doing.

I like to run [Reaping Chakram] for the extra health orbs for my team and myself; also, the extra damage is really fun at lower levels.

Adaptation doesn't need to be maxed. Unranked or any in-between works just fine. I also have a D polarity there so that [Adaptation] can be ranked and for [Armored Agility] to go there.

You can substitute [Hunter Adrenaline] for [Streamline] if you'd like. This build is for casting Chakram a lot so the extra 30% would definitely help this.

For more speed and a little bit more armor, you can take off [Reaping Chakram], move [Adaptation] to that spot, and throw on [Armored Agility]!

I like to use the speed aura and exilus just for more fun and more coverage from [Firewalker] but you can use Corrosive Proj. as an aura and [Primed Sure Footed] (survivability) or [Controlled Slide] (power strength) in the exilus.
