You're using this build for organized high level play and for nothing else. Honestly, don't take this to anything other than group Arbitrations.
Shield of Shadow is a quality of life nightmare. It forces you to stay within its tether range in order to benefit from the damage transfer. This means you're force to stay within a relatively confined space or be forced to suffer through long animation locks when moving around. Slotting in range is nearly impossible given the fact that you need 214% Strength in order to fully benefit from the damage reduction and the fact that your Shadows' hp% loss per second scales with Duration and NOT Efficiency.
