OLD BUT DEADLY [Fulmin] BUILD

This is a build that I copied from some YouTube videos out there then modified it and add my Riven Mon to it.

This is the best I can create. Try it on level 130~150 heavy gunners to see the result. If there are some modification I should have done. Please help me know.
