Hildryn: Rebuild Shields/Condemn/Elemental Ward - Infested

[Hildryn] has one glaring weakness in the form of the Infested enemy faction, particularly legacy infested that have no armor or shields. She can't reliably use Pillage to refill her shields against them but she can use [Balefire Surge] and a subsumed shield restoration ability to deal with the problem.

Rebuild Shields is chosen because it has the most broadened usage across various content but Condemn and Elemental Ward (Shields) can also work. We replace Pillage because it's useless against legacy infested.

Duration is completely tanked because it doesn't help any abilities in the default build other than a small shield recharge bonus on Haven. If you want to run the other subsumed abilities or want to have a stronger Haven bonus, replace [Fleeting Expertise] for [Streamline], [Transient Fortitude] for [Blind Rage], and [Intensify] for [Primed Continuity].

[Enemy Radar] mods help us to find enemies. Due to the nature of the build we need to sometimes seek out stragglers.

Arcane Barrier and Arcane Aegis are defensive tools that significantly increase the QoL on [Hildryn], especially when they're run together. Either can be swapped out for offensive arcanes or even Arcane Resistance.
