With the new bow mod [Split Flights], along with [Spectral Serration] being in the game, I decided to revisit the [Rakta Cernos] due to it's energy utility with [Ivara]. This is a build designed for [Ivara] to use during Prowl, so that kills give her a constant stream of energy to help maintain invisibility. It is a quick build, with a minimal investment of 2 forma. It can work with one forma if you'd rather skip [Terminal Velocity]. Optionally, you could forma another slot and fit Vigilante Supplies on the exilus native polarity slot.

Elements are to taste. I am running Corrosive/Cold here to focus on Grineer, but most combos are good, including standard Viral/Heat. The status chance on this weapon is rather low, and with a lower rate of fire, I didn't have much luck with Blast type builds. But your mileage may vary.

Gameplay style is to build Split Flight stacks and go for weak point hits. Works better at medium to short ranges. It is Steel Path capable with a bit more help from [Ivara]'s other abilities and companions. I run the following:

Prowl with 224% Ability Strength ( Umbral Intensify, Augur Secrets, Arcane Crepuscular, one Red Tauforged Shard )
-Note: To achieve full Prowl strength, you need to stand in a Cloak Arrow field when you activate Prowl- otherwise Crepuscular will not activate. Cloak Arrow > Prowl > Eclipse )
[Adarza Kavat] ( [Cat's Eye] critical buff, [Tenacious Bond] Crit Multiplier )
Subsumed [Mirage] Eclipse over Navigator ( 67% damage buff )
Arcane Circumvent to strip defenses from harder targets, I also carry a weapon with Melee Careen to freeze enemies when rolling- easy headshots!

This bow isn't really suitable for stealth gameplay. The radial damage from the Blight proc will alert nearby enemies.

With similar weapon-boosting abilities and Arcanes, this build can also be used with other invisible-capable Warframes, such as Cyte, [Loki], or [Octavia].

Good rivens would probably be Multishot, Critical Chance, or Critical Damage. Have fun!
