My Redeemer Prime build that I made/use. Pretty basic heavy attack build. Deals pretty significant damage. Able to blow away level 130s with one shot.

Stance doesn't matter. I chose corrosive because it provides the best coverage of enemy weakness/resistances when paired with blast. Also, this is not a status build so viral is unnecessary. I chose Organ Shatter over Amalgam Organ Shatter because heavy attack wind-up is capped at 0.2 so I obviously wanted to go with the extra 5% crit damage.

Also, I use this same setup with radiation damage when fighting Eidolons.

How to play: Aim, shoot, and collect them Benjamins.
