Switch [Link Fiber] with [Link Redirection] depending on what Warframe you want to use the Moa with.

[Manifold Bond] with a Viral Heat or Gas Cold [Verglas] only requires you to proc 1 status to reset [Whiplash Mine].

Use Gas Cold if you run Viral on your weapon, or Viral Heat [Verglas] with corrosive weapon.

[Shield Charger] activates [Blast Shield]. [Blast Shield] activates [Reinforced Bond]. [Pack Leader] protects your overshield.

Note that without [Shield Charger] or augur mod set pieces, [Blast Shield] may be ineffective. Read more about overshield mechanic Here

What parts you make a moa with is your choice, this build will still work, but I used these:
