Long story short: big magazine and fast fire rate are the main priorities here. You can replace Trick mag with a riven to round out the weapon, further increase the fire-rate/magazine, or even make use of the cold damage from [Ice Storm] to create a better status effect. This build is meant for fun, and likely won't hold up in higher tiers of play.
