Savage Storm

[Savage Silence] build that greatly amplifies finisher damage, used here to boost Blade Storm. Playstyle is to do nothing but Blade Storm, killing all the things quickly and getting invisibility via Arcane Trickery as a consequence. The [Rising Storm] augment will quickly drive combo counter to 12x and help it stay there.

Blade Storm does 2000 True damage that is amplified by a number of things. Here Strength double dips through Blade Storm and [Savage Silence] both amplifying finisher damage through it. Steel Charge also increases the True damage from Blade Storm. But the biggest boost is from the combo counter from Rising Storm - get it to even 7-8x and lvl 175 Corrupted Heavy Gunner will die with one mark, no need for the inflicted bleed procs.

Which also lets Arcane Trickery proc more consistently and often so [Ash] can use its better invincibility over what his 2, Smoke Bomb, provides. It lasts longer and cannot be dispelled by nullifier bubbles. The usual problem in using Blade Storm to proc Trickery is that the ensuing bleed procs will usually kill the enemy, not the finisher itself. Here the finisher is large enough damage once the combo counter is up that it will kill the enemy and allow Trickery to roll.

Arcane Ultimatum will also be permanently up, giving a significant armor boost.

Energy use of Blade Storm is per-mark but is refunded if the enemy is killed before mark is used, so feel free to mark away - there's no waste. Energy cost per mark is halved if invisible, so cast Smoke Bomb to go invisible before casting Blade Storm if Arcane Trickery isn't active. [Streamline] helps a lot here too.

Keep Silence up at all times, of course. None of this works on enemies that are outside [Savage Silence]'s influence.
