2 red tauforged, strength
1 green tauforged, heal on toxin tick
1 blue tauforged, armor
[Gastro] is interchangeable as I find I'm not using his 4 as much with this build, mod extra strength or duration (This is likely because I'm too busy shooting to gaf, I'm pretty sure Regurgitate is entire viable with this build just not as much as one dedicated to being Incredibly Gassy)
PSF is unnecessary as Nourish gives status immunity which happens to include knockdown
If you're not using Thermal Sunder, try Roar or [Shock Trooper] elec infusion. If using Roar, mod duration

We do not put Thermal Sunder over Regurgitate because it allows us to armor strip and make up for lack of AoE if we're not using weapons that do such a thing
