I like building frames. In fact when I build a frame, I [Stretch] and pull that frame's kit in an attempt for that particular frame to do every type of content and at at almost any level. With that in mind, I don't typically follow the idea of min-maxing, which is not to say that it's poor optimization, rather than optimizing one part of a Warframe's kit, I maximize its entirety.
I give you Bespoke [Volt], a frame designed for you.
Helminth: We use Pillage from [Hildryn] to replace Shock, as it's vital for [Volt]'s survivability and increases our DPS by striping armor and shields from enemies with the added benefit of removing status from you and allies when cast. [Capacitance] is not an acceptable replacement, as it forces us to pump up power strength, lowering range, efficiency, and duration in addition to giving up a precious mod slot.
With that in mind, let's jump into a break down of the kit and how to properly use it.
1 - Pillage: This is our bread and butter, it's got everything we want, giving us overshields and armor/shield striping from enemies. It increases our DPS while also giving us a massive EHP pool to work with. Spam this to your heart's content.
2 - Speed: This let's us do things faster and run from danger, what more could you ask for?
3 - Electric Shield: In addition to giving us a damage multiplier & electricity to our projectiles when shooting through it, it blocks enemy projectiles and AoE damage from hitting [Volt] when standing behind it. It's especially useful for deal with Eidolon shields since it's the only ability that can increase operator AMP damage.
4 - Discharge: This ability allows Volt to deal with every level of enemy. It's an AoE CC that essentially stun-locks an entire room of enemies, enabling you to deal with them at your leisure.
Let's take a look at our Mod loadout now.
Aura Mod: this is perhaps the only mod that can be played around with, you can use which ever one you'd like to suit your fancy, as such I recommend using an Aura Forma for this particular mod slot.
[Umbral Intensify] & [Power Drift]: We use these two mods to get us 99% Power Strength, to make sure we get the most out of Speed and Pillage.
[Streamline] & [Fleeting Expertise] Rank 8: This gives us 175% efficiency while leaving our duration at a very comfortable 204% for Speed, Electric Shield, Discharge, and vastly increasing the range of Pillage to quite literally cover the map.
Adaptation & Redirection (or Umbral Vitality): These two mods combined with Pillage make us neigh un-killable. With a giant 2310 overshield from Pillage and [Adaptation] further increasing our eHP, we can deny hordes of level 1000 enemies from killing us with Discharge. If you choose to go with [Umbral Vitality], you will need to forma once more to fit it!
[Narrow Minded], [Primed Continuity] & [Overextended]: these three combine to give us a very nice 204% duration and 124% range, increasing the efficiency and versatility of Discharge and Pillage greatly.
Arcanes: Barrier is essential for extremely high level enemies (1000+) but not necessary for general play before those levels. I use Energize to ensure I'm always topped off on energy, but this can be changed at your discretion to fit your preferred playstyle, that includes switching it out for Nullifier when dealing with Eidolons.
Enjoy and have fun Tenno!
