there's a very specific way to forma this from base to only use 2 forma:
1. forma over either vazarin slot with zenurik (or omni; this will be ur aura polarity)
2. switch the new zenurik with the aura naramon
3. forma over the remaining vazarin with naramon

subsume breach surge, roar, or sickening pulse over pulverize
replace molt augmented with arcane arachne if using breach surge

for safer shield gate, replace either [Hearty Nourishment] or [Umbral Intensify] with [Catalyzing Shields], and [Brief Respite] with [Growing Power]
