For this [Xaku] build, I'm building for 234, no one use 1 anyways.
So for first, I got some health mods in this build since [Xaku] is extremely crispy, it can get killed in a few hits in sp
Over 200% power strength, which results into a fully armor strip for the 3
2 have a decent duration / range with a high damage
4 is basically a bomb for killing low leveled enemies, usually killing a lot in a blast if enemy are low enough
Feel free to put [Primed Flow] into the build, as long as you can input more forma into this warframe
Also I'd recommend to use [Revenant]'s reave and change it for [Xaku]'s 1, way moer survivability and damaging ability
