Here is my mid-tier Rhino build for Eidolon hunting. I use this with Lanka.

Notes:

You need to overwrite 1 basic Vazarin polarity to Madurai.

Set up some defensive arcane because [Steel Fiber] is not part of the build.
Arcane Nullifier can also be a good choice.

You can change Rhino Charge to Empower (Helminth Ability) for 3 reasons:
-more defense: Empowered Iron Skin;
-more damage: Empowered Roar (187% instead of 162%);
-[Rhino] Charge useless during Eidolon [Hunt].
