Evo 3: personal preference, I like Marksmans Hand for -50% recoil.
Evo 4: Commodore's Fortune +16% critical chance

76% CC base, 4x CD base 99 damage base in incarnon mode and 6 shots.

With this full build you got:

400% CC
18x CD

And combining your MS, and everything you should do around 2.7 million damage. Throw in Viral procs and you'll do some 12 million damage.
