NOT for damage at all
also only 5 forma, you can just swap the base naramon (flat) polarity from the exilus slot onto any of the 7 cost mods

amalgam barrel diffusion, lethal torrent, and conjunction voltage - max multishot to group as many enemies as possible (cv triggers off ANY electric proc, so you can use an electric priming companion or warframe for it)
if you don't want to bother with keeping up electric procs, sampping cv with secondary encumber is also quite good for further priming for CO, guaranteed 1 extra status effect per shot and ~70% chance of getting an additional extra status with a r5 encumber by my math

pistol pestilence + frostbite - viral damage and status chance

sure shot - more status chance

expel + scorch + primed heated charge - heat inherit, replace the expel mod with whatever faction you're fighting

if the faction doesn't have an expel, replace with any of the following depending on preference (i haven't tested these btw):
augur seeker - more status duration + shield gating yipee
anemic agility / gunslinger - fire rate for more priming (if using agility, swap the slots of it and [Pistol Pestilence] to make mod space fit)
