I built this [Hildryn] in a ground op during Scarlett Spear, and it turned out to be a keeper. The entire idea of this build being squad support.
The play is simple.
1.Pop Aegis Storm, Haven is optional but fits the support theme.
2.When shields are between 1k-500 drop Aegis Storm and Pillage.
3.Immediately resume Aegis Storm/Haven.
4.?

Notes on this build:
•Yes. For CC the range could go higher. Its purposely good but not great dp you get shot a little and the arcanes boost your shields.
•The energy generated by Aegis Storm could arguably rival an Energy Vampire [Trinity] WHILE you're CCing.
•When I'm shooting things with my [Balefire Charger], I use TheMoon85's [Balefire Charger] build, so credit to them for that. Cuz when you need to shoot something, nuke it.
