Electric/Magnetic - Royal blue Banshee

Royal blue banshee

This is a magnetic, electric arcs build which synergize with resonance augment.

Why electricity?

  • The electric arc can touch any body parts and thus touch Sonar and proc Resonance on kill.

Why magnetic?

  • Killing an enemy or breaking his shield with magnetic DMG guarantee an electric proc of elemental damage.
  • The electric DMG scale by 3% of the shield/overguard of said enemy, per stack.
  • it can stack 10 times. (30% of the total shield/overguard when said shield/overguard break, into guaranteed electric DMG)

Good to know:

  • [Banshee] doesn't require to use crit mods at all with the use of her sonar. Status are still mandatory to proc & spread as much electricity possible with her weapons.
  • You can use sonar mid air or while sliding to keep momentum.
  • You can use sonar, silence and omamori while in Shade's stealth. But not sonic boom.
  • Since you won't mod with crit, it free slots for fire-rate, more multishot, faster reload, body penetration. Raw damage and status are your friends.
  • Ammo mutation mods are your best friends.

Optionals elements:

  • radiation: for cc (kuva, tenet, coda, etc.)
  • explosion/gaz: for more weakpoint proc from Sonar and Resonance (kuva, tenet, coda, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 2 purple tau forged: +% primary electric DMG
  • main weapon must have:
    1. A pure electric element (doesn't matter the source, can be only from the purple shards)
    2. magnetic (example: 1999 mods)
    3. lot of status chances (around 60% at minimum but the more you can proc elemental damage, the better it is)

My setup for archon shards:

  • 2 purple tau forged: +% electicity DMG on main weapon
  • 2 yellow tau forged: +% cast speed
  • 1 red tau forged: +% primary status chance (optional: power duration or strength) (synergize with the purple tau forged shards)

Here are a few recommended weapons:

Subsume:

  • Pillage or Molt: for alternative to shield gating
  • Omamori: heal you instead of taking DMG (50/50) (my favorite so far)
  • Gloom: extends Silence CC
  • Chyrinka pillars: great to lockdown entire area (synergize with Arcane universal fallout)

- [Epitaph], [Nukor] (really, anything that you are comfortable to play with as a secondary but it must be able to dish out status)
