As per Wiki:

• Kuva Chakkhurr.
• These weapons have a max rank of 40. To obtain the maximum rank, the player must polarize the weapon five times, with each Forma increasing the maximum possible rank by 2 (in a similar manner as the Paracesis).
• All Kuva weapons deal innate elemental damage in addition to physical damage. The amount of this damage is random, ranging from 25-60%, while the type of element is determined by the Progenitor Warframe, as per the table below:

According to the above I added exactly 5 forma to this weapon, so we can obtain Mastery Points from it.

This build is recommended for head hunters, with advantage of Hunter Munition mod. I strongly suggest you pick Progenitor Warframe who gives you Toxin, thanks to this you will gain Viral, which increase damage to health, so he can bleed out much faster.

Some facts about weapon:

• Deals 50% increased headshot damage
• Pinpoint accuracy when aiming
• Shots explode in a 2.9 meter radius after impacting a surface or enemy; Explosion has a guaranteed Impact proc
• Can benefit from Firestorm and Amalgam Furax Body Count
• Slowest fire rate of all semi-automatic rifles
• Very slow reload speed
• Explosion inflicts self-stagger
• Explosion has linear damage falloff from 100% to 70% from central impact
• Projectiles have travel time with slight arcing
• Doesn't have a Shot Combo Counter unlike other Sniper Rifles

This weapon does not act like normal sniper rifle, it's more like four-bar repeating rifle with very slow reload.

Harrow is particularly well-suited for this weapon; Condemn can be used to hold enemies in place, Penance can mitigate the Kuva Chakkurr's slow fire rate and reload speed, and the bonus critical chance from Covenant, particularity the quadrupled bonus on headshots, can make easy work of clustered enemies.

This build will gain much more from combining your Warframe with Sentinel which will carry Sentinel Weapon with Vigilante mods on it. Even if your Sentinel dies, the Set Bonus will remain. Four Vigilante Mods gives you 20% chance to enhance Critical Hits from Primary Weapon.
