Build Notes

Abilities

Passive

  • TAP your slide button for a swift burst of speed. Holding your slide button will actually minimize your speed. You slide in whatever direction your movement buttons are directing you, not in the direction your mouse is facing.
  • With parkour boosts from arcanes like Arcane Agility and Arcane Consequence, you can combine this with rolls and bullet jumps for obscene levels of speed.
    • Without parkour buffs, slide boosts will actually be faster than bullet jumping.
    • Utilize directional melee slams for maneuverability!
  • Learning tilesets and getting used to Nezha's style of speed is very rewarding.
  • Controlled Slide can be used if you really hate his passive and want a bit of extra strength.
  • Maglev can be used if you really like Nezha's style of speed and want to be extremely fast.

Fire Walker

  • Use for speed and CC, draw circles around defense points or groups of enemies for easy control.
  • Pyroclastic Flow can be useful for placing damage fields using its built-up damage. Its duration with the current build is 15.5 seconds.
  • NB: Strength does not affect Fire Walker's speed increase, only its damage output.

Blazing Chakram

  • Use in synergy with Divine Spears (especially in dense crowds) to quickly disperse a lot of damage. If you anticipate using this strategy, Reaping Chakram is highly recommended!
  • Use for a targeted damage boost or to kill low level enemies.
  • You can recast at any time while the ring is out to teleport to the ring's location, shown on the map.
  • Use charge cast teleport to quickly traverse open worlds and large tiles, especially useful on Jupiter and any time you need to save yourself from falling into a pit.
    • You do not need to charge cast to teleport, charging simply increases its range and damage and stops it from ricocheting and targeting enemies.
  • Its synergy with Fire Walker is pretty minimal and difficult to control.

Warding Halo

  • Always have this ability active! You will absorb damage for 3 seconds on cast, so you can cast it at strategic times to maximize its duration (eg. using it with void lasers, in a crowd of high DPS enemies, etc.)
  • Be ready to reactivate whenever it is broken.
  • Safeguard can be useful for missions with operative agents like Sortie defense, rescue, or even when you have an inexperienced player that needs some extra heft.

Divine Spears

  • Use with Blazing Chakram to spread damage through a crowded room very quickly (Again, Reaping Chakram!).
  • Useful for temporarily decommissioning higher level enemies.

Recommended Weapons

  • Generally, any weapon loadout you are comfortable with will work, since the build on its own does not heavily rely on any specific weapons.
  • Tonfas with Sovereign Outcast perform very well with [Nezha], especially Telos Boltace for its slide attack effect, though you will need to forma the stance.
  • Sword & Shields with Final Harbinger also perform very well, with the Sigma & Octantis being one of my personal favorites.
  • Chain linking weapons like Atomos or Amprex work really well alongside Divine Spears and Blazing Chakram for obvious reasons.
