Octavia - Fire Blast on 2. Details in description.

Octavia - Arbitration/Endurance TEST build.

[Ember]'s [Healing Flame] replaced Resonator (2), and out of curiosity I made slight variations to slot in the augment [Healing Flame]. I really don't think that'll be necessary, but I'm still curious to try it out. If I change my mind, then it's back to [Overextended] and max [Blind Rage], and [Augur Message] r4 replacing Stretch. My playstyle relies on Magus Elevate for health reg, so we'll see which is "better".

How I do this

  • Have 1,3, and 4 active at all times, go invis and refresh when it expires. Now the fun part - Fire Blast (2) to strip 75% armor, and then watch as guaranteed knockdown puts everything in range flat on the butts. Can't damage you while they're down. Oh they're getting back up? Sit back down! Fire Blast again, and then just repeat everything as needed. All the while in the background your 1 and 4 is doing AoE damage, while your weapons take care of the rest. And if that's all not enough you got your Armor, Speed, Melee Damage, and Multishot buffs from your 3 to help out.

So yep, that's it. I've run this so many times solo and if it works for that, it'll work even better for a team based approach. As always, feel free to critique.

  • Last little tidbit. Before I replaced her 2 I instead put Fire Blast on her 3. I still have that on first loadout. Yeah yeah I know...why would I do that? Well, for one no one can convince me to drop da bass :P, and two I actually do value how effective it is at distracting all the enemies around me. No need for invis, no need for the buffs. But that's just me when playing solo.
