APPLY CONDITIONALS
Based on the previous version of this build. I decided to leave a copy of the old version this time instead of adding an edit log as this is something I'm rather unsure of. However if my calculations are correct, you shouldn't need any energy.
With careful use of the Chakram, you'll at least drop health orbs, each of which are 25 hp a pop. [Equilibrium] will give you 110% of that in energy as a result. So you should have a huge chance to refund any cast of this, so long as you are able to get the health orb at least. Not to mention energy orbs are more frequent as well from the same skill. Energy becomes much more of a resource with this build, but zenurik energy dash or spam of the fire ring will have you able to at least cast this skill one more time soon enough.
Hopefully the prime, which should be coming soon, will have a tiny bit more energy. But otherwise I'd say this is a fantastic build for [Nezha] and it could scale much better into high level play if this frame is your main.
