Use Melee Influence to be able to nuke with elec procs. Use the [Chromatic Blade] augment mod and set your first emissive color to a [Shade] of blue that's blue enough to give you innate Electric damage on the [Chromatic Blade]. I highly recommend you use the Naramon Focus School when using an Exalted Melee Weapon build for Warframes eligible for said builds. The [Exalted Umbra Blade] uses this build, too, though if you want to use a damage mod on it, it may be a good idea to use Sacrificial Pressure due to the inherent Umbral Polarity present.
Here is an example of what the Chromatic Blade build can/will look like. Note that [Quickening], [Organ Shatter], and [Weeping Wounds] are the flexible mods. The way the build in the picture is set up REQUIRES you to run [Furious Javelin] for a much needed damage boost. Using [Primed Pressure Point] or a Faction Mod can let you drop [Furious Javelin]. Excuse the polarities:

The Empty Mod Slots
For the first 4 empty slots (madurai polarities and no polarities), equip the following mods:
Crit chances and [Blood Rush]
[Blood Rush] (+40% per combo count) + [Galvanized Steel] (+110%) + 1 Gladiator Mod (+10% extra crit chance on combo count, adds to [Blood Rush], so would be +50%) will yield a 114.00% crit chance at max 12 combo count. You MUST have a Gladiator Mod equipped if you wish to [Reach] a >100% crit chance. Replacing [Galvanized Steel] with [Galvanized Steel] alongside 1 Gladiator Mod only yields a 130.50% crit chance at max combo count. I.e. do not use Sacrifical Mods, even on the Umbral Blade.
15 x 1 + 110% + 50% x (12 - 1) = 114%
Status Chance and [Weeping Wounds]
*[Weeping Wounds] can be flexible if you have enough power strength for the [Chromatic Blade] augment mod to [Reach] 100% status chance on the [Chromatic Blade]. This is completely up to you though. A power strength of 189% is required to hit 100.05% status chance:
300 x (1 + 89%) = 567%
15 x (1 + 567%) = 100.05%
[Blind Rage] alone gives a status chance of 104.6%
I won't bother with the status chance increase with [Weeping Wounds], it gives a lot more status chance that's above 100%, it's the same formula [Blood Rush] uses which you read above. Just follow that if you want to know the numbers.
[Galvanized Elementalist] is for extra status damage, very important for Elec.
The Last Slot
The last slot is somewhat flexible. Here's a list of what you can do:You can do Viral for more damage, but if you use Weeping Wounds, you should be running Furious Javelin for a much needed damage buff. Without Weeping Wounds
Viral is a good damage boost, but there's only 1 spot, meaning you'd have to replace [Weeping Wounds] with one of the dual stat mods. I recommend the 60% mods, probably 1 of them being rank 2 to ensure elec weighs more. You should be running [Furious Javelin] for a much needed damage buff if you go with Viral, seeing you won't have space for a damage mod like a Faction mod or [Primed Pressure Point]... unless you replace [Organ Shatter] with one of them. The reason I don't mention [Gladiator Might] is because it allows the [Chromatic Blade] to [Reach] 100% crit chance at max combo count. Galvanized Steel gives +120% crit damage, higher than the +90% crit dmg from Organ Shatter.
Condition Overload
CO requires a primer and shouldn't replace a damage mod or Furious Javelin, it should be used in conjunction with one. It can also replace Organ Shatter or Weeping Wounds.
Attack speed mods, Magnetic Rush included
I advise against range mods as the [Exalted Blade] has energy waves that go pretty far AND NOW build up the combo counter. Finally, it only took them like 14 years.
If you use Naramon, I'd advise against combo duration mods as you'll already have good combo duration, and combo count will decay only be a small number rather than you losing everything.
For Tennokai mods, use whichever you want except [Opportunity's Reach]. The [Exalted Blade]'s Heavy Attack sends a wave that is in the form of a cross, thus having all the range you need. [Dreamer's Wrath] and Disciplines Merit are meta and the best options.
