As per Wiki:

• Kuva Ayanga.
• These weapons have a max rank of 40. To obtain the maximum rank, the player must polarize the weapon five times, with each Forma increasing the maximum possible rank by 2 (in a similar manner as the Paracesis).
• All Kuva weapons deal innate elemental damage in addition to physical damage. The amount of this damage is random, ranging from 25-60%, while the type of element is determined by the Progenitor Warframe, as per the table below:

According to the above I added exactly 5 forma to this weapon, so we can obtain Mastery Points from it.

In this case I suggest you to get Toxin Elemental.

And some facts about Kuva Ayanga:

• Grenades explode in a 5 meter radius after impacting a surface or enemy
• Grenades have a minimum arming distance of 10 meters, mitigating self-stagger
• Projectiles have travel time
• Explosion inflicts self-stagger
• Explosion has linear damage falloff from 100% to 50% from central impact

Thanks to all above I created a build with very high Critical Chance and Critical Damage, and above mediocre Status Chance.

[Kuva Ayanga] has low basic Fire Rate so I added mod that raise it by 60%.
