Should be the best build possible for Plague Keewar. The best build in terms of DPS would use Vargeet II Jai link, but nearly guaranteed toxin/viral proc should make up for the loss of 61% CC and 13k DPS. I'd also guess that +21k DPS is able to make up for it not being Viral/Corrosive. (switching [Gladiator Might] for electricity mod)
Use either Exodia [Hunt] or Exodia Force, both seem good but there may not be enemies within the 6m radius of Exodia Force.
