arcane should be melee doughty but for some reason it's not on this website

slightly tweaked version of arget's build.

i thought about putting galv elementalist and [Boreal's Contempt] somewhere but couldn't find any mod to replace.

also, i bet this kinda build would be possible with [Harmony] which is what i'll try while i farm for steel meridian standing
