Heat Elemental Ward and subsumed Fire Blast from Ember to strip armor of anything within melee range. If you don't care about hitting targets in mid-range, you can replace [Augur Reach] for Secrets or Message.

[Fleeting Expertise] should be at least Rank 2 (for positive 105% efficiency and 169% duration instead) but can be any rank above or just plain maxed.
