[Fulmin] is the most versatile primary in the game. There is not other weapon that does so many things and does it so well. It's like DE is screaming: look, this is META weapon for all your needs. Think about it:

FULMIN

• Full auto mode, long range
• Big damage shotgun mode, medium range, oneshots up to lvl100
• Silent (!!!)
• Good for nullifiers
• Never ever runs out of ammo (!!!)
• Good stats, exceptional precision
• Inherit elemental

Build for CC and CD, Dmg and Multishot. I paid 300p for this riven and it made all the difference. Note, I build my weapons with Punch thru because I main Nidus and Nidus larva needs punch-thru. Critical chance is high at 75% and 6x Critical damage.. what else can you ask for.

With or without a riven, FULMIN is an S-tier primary in my opinion. I is not the HARDEST hitting, but it is the best balanced and most usable heavy hitting primary in the game at the moment. I run it alongside [Kuva Nukor] and have all the bases covered: full auto bullet hose, silenced shotgun, endless ammo + chaining beam weapon.

Oh yea, the most important mod is Terminal Velocity. It will extend your range considerably. A must-have!
