This mod setup is important with Primed Convulsion being last. It's better than an Expel mod % wise (old build setup). edit 12/23/2023: not sure if this is true, due to status double dipping with faction mods
This build used to be 266k Burst / 137k Sustained with Rad/Elec/Blast, but with no way to proc blast, the 266k Burst DPS isn't realistic.
[Ice Storm] allows us to have 2 more blades, which means 2 more chances for status procs.

Swap Frostbite for Faction Mods (will need to Forma that slot) - 200k Burst / 103k Sustained / 42k Avg. Hit
You can replace Secondary Merciless with Secondary Shiver (360% < 450% damage with 10 stacks of Cold)
