INTRO

Note that depending on which frame you use when spawning a lich from lich larve, you will add a specific elemental type to your kuva weapon. This weapon has the ability to [Reach] rank 40 as a weapon, similar to [Paracesis]. This means you need to invest 5 forma into it to gain the maximum mastery points it can grant.

This weapon is basically a rocket launcher. Ogris is pretty shit as a weapon but the kuva version brings it up to "5/10" use. I would not recommend using this weapon but since you might be investing 5 forma into this weapon, this build gives you an idea of what you can do with that.

From a practical standpoint the weapon is still slow firing, clunky, low ammo magazine, low ammo reserves. A [Catchmoon] even with nerf can output far more damage and reload far faster with far more shots per reload. [Akarius] straight up does more damage per shot, has 5 shots per magazine, roughly same reload period, but has a raw damage of 25k. [Kuva Ogris] in this setup has 15k. That's a 10k difference, and Akarius has auto tracking fire and 2 extra shots per reload.

GUIDE START

Exilus Slot: Optional. You generally won't have ammo problems and you can always put in some rifle conversion mod in here too. Let's be real though, most exilus mods are garbage, just like most things in this game lol.

Let's take a look at the damage.

Viral - To help with Heat and Slash combo DOTs by halving maximum hp.
Blast - Some knockdown CC. This comes with the weapon so we can't do anything about that.
Heat - We use this for extra armor strip ramp up to 50%, plus damage over time stacking.
Slash - We boosted slash through [Fanged Fusillade] to give it some extra damage.

I settled on this instead of the alternative below because this weapon has only 3 shots which means something like corrosive won't strip very well.

Alternative builds:

Switch Viral to Corrosive - Note that this would mean changing Primed Cryo's polarity. Be sure to test yourself whether you like Corrosive or Viral more.

You can substitute [Fanged Fusillade] with another elemental mod for more damage to that element instead of boosting Slash.

You can drop [Vigilante Armaments] if you want and replace it with [Rime Rounds]. The point of doing this is to open enough mod slots to add [Ammo Drum] to Exilus Slot without needing 1 extra forma (total would be 6).
