Turns out Condition Overload+Weeping Wounds is a great combo for long-term DPS. Even though it now has 1/4 of previous build's immediate DPS, it ends up with +23k sustained DPS.
Remember to check Apply Conditionals.
Base build was Armor Penetrating DW.

• I don't think +20% Combo Count Chance matters much anyways, but Berserker gives +12k DPS and that's pretty significant.
• While replacing [Shocking Touch] for [Sacrificial Steel] does remove corrosive, it also gives +4k DPS and brings us to the milestone of 300%+ crit chance, which is basically 100% (instead of 17%) chance of 1.5x damage. Plus in the off-chance that a proc occurs, Toxin goes directly to enemy's health.
