This makes use of mods that increase base damage- the Crit damage increase and multishot mods being the main thing. Viral damage and slash damage is increased to do direct damage to health. The Riven mod can be switched out for a status or crit mod if you don't have one or you can replace it with another Riven, whatever works for you.
