Unless +40% reload speed is better than +4.3k DPS (+35.4k burst) this is the best build for this weapon. (excluding theoretical status which affect actual DPS depending on enemies and such) If I'm wrong go favorite Speedy Corinth though.

• Going for a rank 5 [Vigilante Supplies] would require an additional forma for no DPS bonus whatsoever. Alternatively you can use [Fatal Acceleration] (+40% Projectile Speed) and even save 1 forma, but it'd have a slightly lower DPS. Or, if you're willing to have multiple copies of a mod, use Vigilante Supplies at rank 1 or lower and remove a forma from one of the 5 drain mods.
• If you're willing to aim while shooting, use [Shrapnel Shot] instead of [Accelerated Blast], sustained DPS will increase by 10k. I didn't put it in because not only do you need to aim after you kill, making your DPS incosistent, it also lowers Burst DPS. (I'd put it in otherwise)
