"Oh no another leecher came with a Zephyr, please DE let us kick people from squads"
Before this build spreads, you'll see that a lot. But why Zephyr? Not only because this birdy is going to have a gundam deluxe skin, but also for her 3rd ability's augment, Jet Stream. This augment gives movement speed (don't care much) and projectile flight speed, which is the most important stat of her kit here because this is a build mostly fit for Redeemer Prime.
This augment scales with strength at a rate of 1:1, and has a pretty decent base duration, making it easy to do a strength based build.
So far, everything seems normal, and that not good. I don't like normal things. Let's add some magic. Your best magician friend Helminth, or whatever you called this little cutie, allows you to bring Broberon's Smite ability to Zephyr. A pocket Broberon, pretty much convenient, right? And once you've put this ability on your kit (you can put it anywhere except over 3rd ability), you can also use Smite's augment, Smite Infusion, on your build. For a reminder, this augment allows you to cast an AoE radiation damage buff around you at a rate of 1:1 scaling on your strength, like Jet Stream. Perfect, right? insert memes here
For the arcanes part, Arcane Fury is quite important, giving you a nice damage buff. 2nd arcane depends on your squad: If you don't have a Harrow or something able to block magnetic procs, you really should use arcane nullifier. If you don't care, or have an anti status on your team, you can swap to any arcane you want, my choice here would be Arcane Strike for a bonus attack speed.
And now for the last part, how to use this build: You'll have to cast both Turbulence and Smite before shooting. This will give you 324% radiation damages, and will give you a starting fall off at 42m on your Redeemer shots, which is very important for hydrolist's synovias.
The tricky part is that Turbulence can't be recast while active. You can cancel the ability by using your archwing, and recast it once you go out of archwing. With a bit of practice, you should be able to use it with ease, it doesn't require too much brain cells.
If you don't have a Ripdolon Redeemer build, here is mine, the one that I use quite a lot: https://overframe.gg/build/11877/redeemer-prime/ripdolon-definitely-not-op-crit-redeemer/. There's a small guide on how to use it (which is easy to guess) bellow its build.
Happy hunting! And don't let Konzu get his early lunch.
