Put simply: [Octavia] is not a tank, 150 armor even with the buff applying to total armor + umbral fiber isn't very worth buffing and it's dangerous for her to get near a frame whose armor -is- worth buffing on purpose if they aren't already invisible (at which point, why consider armor really).
