The ultimate melee Wukong Prime with War Cry

The ultimate melee [Wukong Prime] with [War] Cry
Note: This [Wukong] build is only available to players who have the Helminth unlocked and atleast one spare umbral Forma.

This [Wukong] build will allow you be the ultimate melee warrior, let me explain why, with raw stats and abilities:
Celestial Twin: A super useful ability. I prefer to use a 60% Kuva Kohm with this build: https://overframe.gg/build/23290/. I will explain how it works later in this guide, when it becomes more important.

Cloud Walker: For roughly 4,5 seconds you will be the most speedy ninja in your squad. You can go through laser doors in Grineer tilesets to avoid energy loss or play a Spy mission and just fly through everything.

Defy: For roughly one minute, you get 1500 armor. This ability is very solid, however probably not use it in your day-to-day mission life, since this build rarely needs any more survivability.

[War] Cry: This gem will give you about ~70% more attack speed, while also increase your amor by ~120%. With the [Eternal War] augment, this buff will stay active as long as you sometimes play the game and press E with your favourite melee weapon.

Why replace [Iron Staff]:
[Iron Staff] is not the most powerful exalted weapon in the game right now, and there's a decent amount of melee weapons that outdamage it easily, but the biggest problem is the "synergy" with your Celestial Twin. The twin performs best with a hit-scan ranged weapon, since he often misses melee or runs towards a target, just to teleport back and run again, thus rendering your twin useless. When Wukong has Iron Staff activated, the twin will - instead of going ranged, when you melee - join you with your [Iron Staff], so all problems with melee twin are being forced upon you, when you actually use Iron Staff.

For Arcanes I use two melee-based Arcanes, however your personal preferance will probably work best for you.

One umbral Forma is required for this build and you cannot max [Eternal War], this will not be an issue in any mission. (With a second umbral Forma, [Eternal War] can fit maxed, if you want to go that far)
