304% crit 108% status (115k DPS)
As of now, it's the build with highest DPS out there. I'd guess having only Toxin on a weapon is also great with 100% status. Swooping Falcon is apparently the best stance with its procs, but change it for Iron Phoenix if you like its attack speed/mobility. (though you'd need another forma for it)
