A build meant to harness the power of [Cobra & Crane] to apply lethally potent Toxin status effects while also striking multiple times at once with Melee Duplicate.
With Galvanized Steel and Blood Rush, the Cobra & Crane Prime reaches (1 + 1.1 + (0.4 x (Combo Multi - 1))) x 0.18 = 117% Crit Chance, up to 136% on a Heavy Attack. This makes it very easy to reliably trigger Melee Duplicate's extra hits, which - due to being above 100% Crit Chance effectively doubles your damage output and your status chance.
Fully stacked, [Galvanized Steel] increases your Crit DMG from 2x to 4.4x, or 5.04 on a Tennokai Heavy Attack with [Dreamer's Wrath].
Meanwhile, [Galvanized Elementalist] provides your Status Chance, which coupled with [Drifting Contact] gives you (0.38 x (1 + 0.4 + (0.3 x stacks)) = 98% Status Chance at max stacks.
Why only Toxin? Between keeping up melee combo count and optimizing the status damage, as well as leveraging the ability to [Reach] just above 100% crit chance, there's not really room for combined elements. Thankfully, Warframe's current sandbox is replete with primers for other status effects, so we can get away with a thematic (and somewhat versatile) element choice.
Why use [Primed Fever Strike] over [Virulent Scourge]? While [Virulent Scourge] would be sufficient to push the Status Chance over 100%, [Primed Fever Strike] offers better status damage thanks to modded Toxin Damage contributing to Toxin Status' damage output.
Taking a target with two Status Effects as an example, our damage math shakes out like this;
Modded Base Damage = (300 x (1 + 1.6) x (1 + 0.55)) = 1209
Toxin Proc DMG per tick = 0.5 x Modded Base DMG x (1 + 1.65) x (1 + 0.55) x (1 + 0.8) x (4.4)
With the 4.4x coming from our guaranteed Crits.
604.5 x (2.65) x (1.55) x (1.8) x (4.4) = 19,665.23
And for a full Toxin Proc, that should shake out to 117,991.38 damage.
And with the high chance for double-application thanks to Melee Duplicate, that puts some real venom into the [Bite] of the [Cobra & Crane Prime].
