Flexible Slots:

  • Primed Smite flexible for Killing Blow, Power Throw, Focus Energy

The absolute best roll for a riven is CC/DMG/ELEC, slot over [Shocking Touch] (if you roll electric) and next best rolls are CD CC elec, CD DMG CC and DMG CD Elec. IC and status chance are okay too but not as good.
