Just spam E, really. You'll build up your combo counter and force proc slash, while proccing viral and heat thanks to [Weeping Wounds].
This build is even better if you pair it up with a full Gladiator set, which you very easily get on [Inaros] since he already uses at least [Gladiator Resolve]. The rest goes on your [Deconstructor Prime] and voilà!

Regarding the mods... Personally, I love having a lot of attack speed, so I chose to put both Berserk and [Quickening], though many might consider this a little bit overkill. You could replace that with (Primed) [Reach] if you want range, [Healing Return] if you want to heal yourself or [Drifting Contact] if you want more combo duration. This last one is not really needed if you use Naramon's Power Spike to keep your combo counter high, but it's still an option that you might consider.

Same thing for [Amalgam Organ Shatter], which can be replaced by the regular [Organ Shatter], though I like being able to actually USE my combo counter by using some heavy attacks here and there while still being able to "[Flow] like a river" if you know what I mean.

You could also replace [Primed Fever Strike] with the regular one, or even save on a Forma and use dual mods ([Virulent Scourge] and [Vicious Frost]), though you will lose damage.

As for Rivens... They don't exist, we all know that. Stop lying.
