Infinite Warcry/Long Enraged Hysteria

Paralysis and Grapple aren't really useful. Infinite Warcry and super long Hysteria are super useful though. This build has a base 31-second warcry with [Eternal War] increasing it by 5 seconds. So go out and kill everything in this super dangerous beauty of [War].

BTW efficiency increases the time of [Enraged] Hysteria!
