Albrecht Entrati designed Qorvex to protect a Chosen Operator from the unique hazards of his lab. A Crucible Core gives Qorvex high survivability as he provides crowd control.

Archon Shards

3x Tauforged Crimson (Ability Strength)
1/2x Amber (Casting Speed)
0/1x Amethyst (Equilibrium)

With Corrosive Projection + Coaction Drift, you need 158.6% Ability Strength (or 159% in practice) to fully armor-strip enemies using Wrecking Wall.
This is reachable with 3x Tauforged Crimson Shards. You could ofc eliminate or reduce this by:

  • Changing Augur Reach for Augur Secrets, or another +Strength% mod
  • Only using Madurai and ensuring its +Strength% buff is constantly active
  • Using Power Drift instead of Coaction Drift (note that this increases the Strength requirement to 164% - so with this change you would still need 3 Shards, but 2x of them could be normal)
  • Using Molt Augmented instead of Arcane Grace (instant armour-stripping only becomes "live" at 175 kills)

Playstyle

Maintain your Disometric Guard buff at all times.

Place Chyrinka Pillars in tactical positions.

Use 4 if you ever get to a point where you realise you're taking more damage than expected (it offers invulnerability frames).

Archon Stretch

Can be replaced by normal Stretch - its use here is only for a Panzer ([Shock Collar]) or [Diriga] companion, as a passive source of energy. Additionally, a Panzer with [Synth Deconstruct] produces lots of Health Orbs, so even a single Amethyst Shard can turn this into a lot of energy.

Helminth

You can overwrite his 1 or 4 for the obvious Helminth choices:

  • Roar - safe choice for increasing damage, buffs allies too
  • Nourish - adds a little Viral Damage, adds some Viral Procs, improves energy, affects allies too
  • Eclipse - increases Weapon Damage, only affects self, but allows you to swap to a DR% buff and effectively quadruple your effective health, more useful in Endless Missions/Circuit/EDA since despite all this base tankiness, Qorvex having no extra DR% really means he's quite squishy in any long missions
  • Silence - improves survivability, shuts down pesky eximus
  • Gloom - improves survivability, effective if you've chosen to give up Arcane Grace
  • Breach Surge - ol' reliable for CC, damage, on-brand for [Qorvex] as it's Radiation
