"Kill them before they can kill you" - That's the entire concept of this build.

TL;DR
Pull out Exalted Umbra Blade, and spam melee. While running and bullet jumping around.

Radial Blind and melee/ finish if necessary. Fire weapons, then quickly melee for bonus damage.

Use Wrathful Advance on a basic target to guarantee red crits to erase stronger enemies and bosses in a few seconds.

PROS: Extremely good in 1v1 situations and in tight spaces like corridors where there are may enemies behind enemies. Very high "dualist" damage . Very simple to use. S/A - tier build

CONS: Cannot control large open areas like Khora, Saryn or Volt which are S-tier build Area Controlling Builds.

Longer explanation:
As an Excalibur Umbra main, I can attest that this exact build helped me complete Steel Path solo.

The basis of this build is three-fold:

First, the 100% status chance powered [Exalted Umbra Blade]. High Damage to single targets. It relies entirely on [Exalted Umbra Blade] as primary source of damage.

Second, the guaranteed 18.3x critical damage thanks to Wrathful Advance, granted by 3x Violet Tauforged Archon Shards, with the possibility to go even higher when over 500 energy. This will outpower any and all Roar based builds, feel free to tally up the math if you don't believe me/

Third, 2x Emerald (Tauforged) Archon Shards allowing for a maximum of 16x Corrosion Stacks to completely wipe armour with only the [Exalted Blade]. You would only need 14x stacks meaning a minimum of 2x Emerald Archon Shards

(Major Update 1) [Archon Flow] To increase energy and allow for energy drops on kills with [Exalted Blade] equipped with Cold

[Transient Fortitude] and [Umbral Intensify] to [Reach] 100% status chance and increase damage with [Exalted Umbra Blade], and help Wrathful Advance + [Exalted Umbra Blade] hit 300% Critical Chance for guaranteed Red Crits

[Steel Charge] instead of [Growing Power] as it provides slightly more damage to [Exalted Blade] at this Strength level, and applies its bonus on the first hit.

[Power Drift] to hit the power requirements

(Major Update 2) [Umbral Fiber], [Umbral Vitality] and [Adaptation] are the survivability mods. The Umbral mods boost your overall ability strength and damage. [Adaptation] gives you the ability to standup directly to large groups of endgame enemies without stress.

(Major Update 3) Helminth: Replace Radial Javelin with Wrathful Advance from Kullevero. This is extremely significant for massive damage and the ability to basically eliminate bosses or very-high Steel Path Endgames.

(Major Update 4) Archon Shards. Any and all needed build variation is here.
For General Use: 3 Tauforged Violet Archon Shards in Melee Critical Damage. 2 Emerald Archon Shards in Corrosive Stack. This is peak all-rounder build, built-in armour strip and high damage.
For Boss-fights, Archon Hunts and Big-targets: 5 Tauforged Violet Archon Shards in Melee Critical Damage. Latron Prime with incarnon genesis for superior single-target armour strip. Relying on Latron Prime for armour strip opens Exalted Blade to insane damage capacity.

For Arcanes, anything works. I prefer Arcane Grace and Arcane Furt to build off of the melee focused build, to increase Damage, DPS significantly. Arcane Grace is for enhanced survivability. Arcane Revives are just the icing on top.

Recommended Load-outs:
Primary
Latron Prime with the Incarnon Genesis ; Superior armour strip, excellent against bosses.

Secondary
Epitaph; Great for priming bosses and being a sweat.
Lex Prime with the Incarnon Genesis; For fun

Melee - Something fast, fun and if possible high status to proc Cold for energy. Doesn't really matter since Exalted Blade will be on most of the time. It's only a backup.
Nikana Prime; Combo Build

Companion
Panzer vulpaphyla; Must have mods Tenacious Bond + Bite, Reinforced Bond + Calculated Redirection, Viral Quills + Panzer Devolution. Optional mods - Seismic Bond. Everything else is personal preference

Equipment:
Energy Restore Pads, on the occasion that you run out of energy due to an Eximus or running into a magnetic field or barrier.
