This weapon has a gimmick where it returns all thrown blades on a reload in the form of a rebounding attack. Returned blades have a set critical chance which isn't affected by mods, making all critical chance mods half as effective for damage. [Synth Charge] also affects these blades as if the entire volley was the final shot. If this interaction is fixed, the build changes to a typical elemental damage build that forgoes the innate Slash's Bleed procs.
Making a build that focuses on the passive reload bonus on all weapons really isn't necessary as that should be happening naturally on all builds anyway.
This build relies mostly on Bleed procs from your Slash damage or other sources.
Additional elements aren't used as they lower your DPS even without accounting for external status primers.
