Explanation
1. [Aero Periphery] mod allows your Warframe's weapons to proc its passive, opening them up for finishers and stack Melee Crescendo.
2. Riven is mandatory for Prime Laser Rifle to be effective, best stats are CC/MS or FR/Element/-harmless negative. With the recent update, you no longer need Point Strike/Crit Delay to reach the CC requirement for Tenacious Bond.
3. Slots are re-arrangeable for Corrosive Cold.
