Replacing the riven would probably be [Vigilante Armaments] or a Cleanse mod.
Either remove [Galvanized Acceleration] and use [Vigilante Supplies], or use 1 extra forma and insert a rank 4 [Shotgun Ammo Mutation]
Deadhead or Dexterity. It is definitely possibe to use Merciless since the [Phantasma Prime] can chew through anything with enough status procs.
