A [Velox Prime] build focused around using it to strip and siphon Overguard from Eximera and other powerful units.

With [Jade] Shadows, Magnetic Status now applies its Damage Multiplier not just to enemy Shields, but enemy Overguard, resulting in a x4.25 modifier at max stacks. As well, the new Secondary Arcane, Secondary Fortifier, grants your secondary an extra x8 modifier to Overguard, while granting you 1 point of Overguard for every 100 damage you deal to an enemy's Overguard pool.

Ideally, the [Velox Prime] is used by Protea (Prime) to double its Ammo Efficiency from 20% to 40%, but ultimately it can be used with any Warframe - and this template for any Secondary to strip Overguard.

If desired, one can substitute [Hornet Strike] for [Augur Pact] to increase the Set Bonus.
