This is what I personally use, it really makes Wukongs Iron Staff pack a serious punch. A few things to note though:

• Primal Rage's crit chance is capped at +150% and the cap is NOT affected by power strength
• The decay rate is affected by duration and crit chance per kill is affected by power strength.
• With this build with each kill Primal Rage's crit chance goes up by 33%. Meaning after just 5 KILLS you will already have full crit.
• With this build the decay rate for your crit chance goes down by 0.4% each second. Meaning it will take 6 MINUTES for you to lose all crit chance
• Range doesn't affect anything in [Wukong]'s kit besides Cloud Walkers stun radius and Defy's radius, but I don't use cloud walker for anything but mobility and healing and though Defy's range goes down to 4 m its a sacrifice I'm willing to have for a FULL MINUTE of Defy's armor
• If the minus to range bothers you swap Narrow Minded for Constitution or Stretch (You can also swap Power Drift for Cunning Drift)
• With [Sacrificial Steel] and [Primal Rage]'s +150% crit chance you'll have a constant 117% crit chance (With [Sacrificial Pressure] it jumps to 131% crit chance but I don't think that change is worth the Umbral Forma)

With this build I feel like its very difficult to die unless you genuinely just aren't touching your keyboard at all, iron staffs dmg isn't phenomenal but with this build it genuinely feels like an exalted now.
