So TennoCon 2020 got me a free [Hydroid Prime], and I don't have much time on him at all. Not to mention this was on my PC account which is greatly limited when it comes to the mod selections I have compared to my PS4.

That being said, this build was something I made for Survival runs, turning Hydroid into a more damage-oriented frame at least somehow. This build can easily surpass 30 minutes on Mot for what it's worth, and with quick fingers, smart plays, and generally more optimized builds, you can last even longer than an hour.

Strength is enough for the Tentacle Swarms to do their job, and if you slap on Corroding Barrage, you'll be doing more damage to armored units. Duration boost from [Primed Continuity] is also a help as it lets the barrage and swarm stay for a little longer. The efficiency was heavily bombed though, and to deal with that, I put in [Rage], [Vitality], and [Adaptation], to help let you take some hits for the sake of energy.

Note: Corroding Barrage is not a must but it increases the quality of life when it comes to damage, but if you have energy covered, you should be able to just use [Corrosive Projection] and trade the Corroding Barrage augment for something potentially more useful like Range for more coverage.
