[Primed Flow] + [Quick Thinking] + Shatter shield makes us very very hard to kill.
[Vitality] as a deterrent to status damage.

155 Strength to hit shatter shield's dmg cap of 95%.
Maximum efficiency for maximum pew pew uptime.
And some duration for shatter shield.
